- If buyer did not add insurance, your parcel was not cover with delivery damage.
- When the parcel arrival to you, please check before sign for received.
- Please do not sign if the parcel was damage or opened.
- Request should be made within 7 days upon delivery.
- All returns need to within 30 days of receipt.
- If the return item doesn't defective, it must be returned in good condition.
- Buyer should be pay for the return cost.

No replacement or refund for the following reason:
*Wrong item buying/purchase
*Buyer don't like the product
*Parcel lost, damaged or stolen mail if buyer declined the postal insurance.

Should there be any defect due to manufacturing error (with photo) or process of posting (with photo).
This claim must be made within 7 days after receipt of item.
Please contact us (via email with photo) before sending any items back as we can often solve problems without the need for return.
If the customer required either refund or replace.
The customer must return the packages within the next 14 days.
The customer is responsible for the mailing cost of the return item.
All returned items must be in original packaging intact and in fully resaleable condition.
Any costs incur through repackaging or damage to the product will be deducted from your refund.
After the item returned and is proved defective.
We will replace the same or refund within 3 days.
All refunds will be paid through PAYPAL. |

No replace; exchange or refund will be made.
It is high recommend totally buyer's choice to take Insured Airmail or own risk.
Media products that have been recorded onto cannot be exchanged/refunded unless they are faulty. |
