Communication is key!
If in the unlikely event you should have a problem please get in touch right away, we are unable to resolve an issue if you do not communicate the problem in the first place!
The detailed seller rating system is based on a one- to five-star scale. Five stars is the highest rating, and one star is the lowest.
When you’re rating us, please keep the following in mind:

Item as described - Review the item title and description before rating us on the item as described. Our item description is accurate at the time of listing, we have no control over changes of size or packaging done by the Manufactures although, and we will notify you if there is a significant change.

Communication - Consider only business days when evaluating communication. We don’t always check email on weekends and bank holidays, and bear in mind our holidays are not necessarily the same as yours in your country. We are in America and may be on a different time zone than you. We do not have a shop and do not keep our computer running 24/7. We always send an email acknowledging your payment and notifying you of shipping.

Shipping time - When rating shipping time, rate us on the time it took us to mail the item which is usually within 1-3 business days from receiving your cleared payment, not the time it may have take for you to receive the item. You shouldn’t hold us responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship out within 72hrs we will always notify you.

Shipping and handling charges - When rating us on shipping and handling charges, remember that we charge you upon the actual mode of shipping.
· First Class International mail is based on weight of the package which would include any packaging materials, does not have tracking service and has a varied delivery time and is suitable for most small items. While,
· Flat Rate International shipments are best for multi orders which can fit either in an envelope or box. Our listings default to this service as it does have tracking thus making it safer. Therefore, please contact us before you purchase to discuss shipping & handling charges rather than purchase and then leave negative feedback or less then perfect star ratings afterwards. Lets work together to make it right for the both of us.
We do not add handling fees to cover our time or to recoup petrol/gas used to shop for you. For international transactions, you may also have to pay for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country law which is your responsibility.
