All items must be checked on delivery, if parcelforce deliver, accept item check and if damaged get in touch with us within 24 hours so a claim can be put in, claims after this time cannot be processed, parcelforce policy not ours.
If delivery by courier then item must be checked with driver, if he will not wait, sign paperwork as damaged, then report damages to us within 24 hours.
If item has to be returned, please get in touch first to obtain a return address, all returns must be in original box and contain the recipt or a copy, no returns will be accepted with no paperwork and not in original box.
Items ordered and sent which you have ordered wrong or simply do not want you are responsable for return cost and forward cost, if you have ordered and recived an item then simply do not want, a restocking fee of 25% will be added, no refund for postage.
All items ordered through ebay and not paid for will be reported to ebay and a claim will be put in to recover our large ebay fees.
