Shipping Policy:
Charges:
The charge you pay is the cost of shipping PLUS the cost of wrapping materials and packing materials, we do endeavour to use recycled packing material i.e. shredded paper both to cut costs and provide an environmentally friendly service wherever possible. There is also a small surcharge for labour included in the shipping charge. We do not believe in inflating postage charges other than to recoup our own costs.
Timescale:
We usually post items either the same day or next working day after completion/clearing of payment, any delays that we are aware of will be posted on our shop homepage, you are advised to look there before purchasing.
Additional Information:
If you reside in the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, there may be a shipping surcharge for all shipping services except Royal Mail. The Shipping Surcharge is applicable as stated, for the following Post Codes:
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - £6 applicable for Parcelforce Service Only (No Surcharge for Royal Mail Service).
Post Codes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -£12 applicable for Parcel Force Service Only (No Surcharge for Royal Mail Service).
Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25
If you reside under any of these postcodes additional postage must be paid before item is shipped.
We will NOT ship any item to these postcodes without the surcharge being paid first.
Lost parcels:
Any parcel we send out is tracked by the courier, if the parcel does not arrive we will then claim against the courier on your behalf, this can take upto 3 weeks to complete, due to high levels of fraudulent claims we will not ship a replacement until the courier confirms the parcel is lost and reimburses us.
Payment information:
Our preferred method of payment is paypal, we do however accept postal orders. If neither of these methods of payment are available to you we do accept personal cheques but this is subject to postal and clearing times and is therefore not advised.
Items purchased are expected to be paid for within 5 days, if you cannot complete the transaction within this time period please let us know of any delay. Unpaid items will be subject to negative feedback and an unpaid item strike against the user.
Returns policy:
Damaged items:
In the unlikely event of your item arriving visibly damaged (parcelforce only) then you are to check and if need be, refuse the delivery. For royal mail deliveries this is not possible. If you need to return the damaged item via royal mail you do so at your own cost and we will then issue a replacement product to you once the damaged product has arrived back at our warehouse. You must also let us know you are returning the item within 7 days of receipt.
Unwanted items:
If when you receive your item you decide that you no longer require it you may return it back to us in the same condition it was supplied, at your own postage costs and subject to a 10% restocking/relisting fee (maximum £2). If the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition then we are within our rights to offer you a fair price for the item which is negotiable.
If you require clarification on any of these points please ask us before purchasing.
Always use ebay’s messaging system to communicate, ebay send us a large volume of mail, ending items, sold items etc and questions can get lost within this if send to the registered email address.
