PAYMENTS
Buyers will receive an automated eBay winning notification/invoice with the
complete postal address and payment details shortly after the purchase. Please in
all cases complete our checkout system so that we are aware of the payment
method.
To protect our buyer’s account we will only despatch goods to Billing or PayPal
approved addresses.
Please do not email requesting us delivery to different address. In case of multiple
purchases please email before the payment to have the postage combined.
Payment should be made within 5 days after the purchase except items requiring
immediate payments.
PayPal:
All PayPal payments are accepted. Please note PayPal e cheques (bank account
etc..payment via PayPal) are not instant payments, please check below
details.
PayPal e Cheques:
PayPal advises not to despatch items till the funds clear and
PayPal e cheques takes up to 12 days or over to clear and
despatch. Items paid with e cheques will only be sent upon
receiving cleared payment. If you are paying via PayPal and require a quicker
delivery we recommend paying with instant PayPal as it allows us to speed up the
despatch process. If you have paid with an e cheque and wish to cancel to pay
instantly via any other method, please contact us immediately.
Secure Payment Over The

For a quicker delivery we are also authorized to accept card payments over the
phone.

Cheques, Postal Orders And Bankers
Drafts:
We also accept cheques, postal orders and banker’s draft. Please make these
payable to ‘acc4u’ and be sure to write the item number and user id on the reverse
of the cheque and send the copy of your invoice so that we can process your order
as quickly as possible.
Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance.
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of bounced cheque.
POSTAGE
Buyers from Northern Ireland, Islands and Scottish
highlands & Zone 2, to confirm postage cost please contact us before the
purchase. Due to additional charges imposed by couriers for
deliveries to Scottish highlands, off shore Islands and Northern Ireland; a
surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas.
We advise the customers to contact for a final postage fee before finalising the
orders. The surcharge may not apply to small items being sent via Royal mail.

Where possible we will try our best to avoid courier service for surcharge areas.
We would also like emphasise that although these areas are indeed part of UK
but due to high cost of shipping and distance transportation, couriers charge
surcharge which we have no control over. More details can be found by contacting
any UK courier companies or on their websites.
If you have already made a purchase without reading the instructions/terms of sale
and wish to cancel the order please let us know. Since we fully understand the
situation and do agree that it might not be feasible in some cases, a full refund on
request will be issued right away. If you wish to continue with the purchase, please
send the postage balance via send money ‘money link’ in PayPal.

charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.
Combine Postage Discount:
Take advantage of our combine postage offer when purchasing more than 1 item.
Please email us with the item details to check the combine postage cost or
request combine postage via eBay link after the purchase. Please note the postage
can only be combined if the size and the value of the items are about the same
otherwise the lowest value item will have to be combined with the higher postage
cost item. You will receive an automated email after the purchase and if the
postage is not combined please email us right away so we can send you a new
invoice.
SHIPPING
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 working days of receiving your
cleared funds, but during busy times this may be extended. In event of a very
unlikely slight delay, your patience would be much appreciated. If you require a
next working day despatch please pay over the phone.
We will only ship to UK (unless stated) and items are sent via approved couriers
and Royal Mail. Parcels sent with the couriers will only be collected and delivered
Monday to Friday excluding holiday periods. If you prefer a specific courier or a
delivery service please email us before the purchase for a confirmation and
quote.
As already stated by eBay, sellers cannot be held responsible for delivery times
however we can assure a timely despatch within the time frame mentioned
above.
In order to maintain Quality Control and timely dispatch of orders, we do not allow
customer collections.
Tracking Number:
We will email a tracking number for most items sent with the courier. We will also
send an email via eBay confirming the despatch. If you do not receive the item
within 2 to 3 working days please contact the courier or royal mail to check the
delivery status or to arrange a redelivery/collection. If you have not received a
tracking number please email us immediately to obtain one.
Failed Deliveries:
If a parcel is returned undelivered due to the wrong/incomplete address provided or
customer not available to accept or collect the delivery, the customer will be held
responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us. In case of parcel force
item return cost is £6.50. This amount will have to be received by us as well as the
cost of resending your item before your parcel is re-dispatched.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Refunds For Buy It Now Items:
Shop with absolute confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied for any reason
we will issue refund including postage providing you return your purchase at your
own cost via track able service. We must be notified of the return within seven
days of receipt of goods and Item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt
of goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they
were sent. Use or abuse to any products can result in return being
refused.
Auctions Items:
Under Distance Selling Regulations and EBay terms and conditions sellers are not
required to offer refunds and accept returns on items sold via bidding. Please make
sure the item you are bidding for will work for you. We cannot give replacements or
refunds for "non-compatible" or unwanted auction items. The buyer is wholly
responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing a bid
you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.
Damaged Goods Or Lost
Deliveries:
Please note that all orders will have to be checked on delivery. If there are any
visible signs of damage this must be advised to us immediately via email or phone.
The item will only be considered lost once investigated and accepted by the
courier or royal mail as missing. This in some cases can take up to 30 days. Any
lost item will be replaced or refunded in full.
Non-Compatible Or Unwanted Auction
Items:
In case of buying vehicle show purpose items i.e. lights, led’s, performance
products, etc. Please check with your local law enforcing authorities for suitability
of off road use. Many of the photographs used are library images therefore we will
not be in a position to guarantee any slight colour variances style or packaging
upgrades. We guarantee to send you the specification as advertised in the product
description. Any accessory listed would mean suitable for standard models or
fitment only, unless specified.
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the listing. We
specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement.
