| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We check all goods before postage. Returns will be accepted on broken or damaged goods if returned within 14 days - all postage costs are covered by us.
If you change your mind you pay all postage costs.
With courier items you must check the item is not damaged before signing for it or the insurance becomes null & void. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, Most if not all of my items are already priced for combined shipping. Normally there is a 50% reduction on multiple purchases excluding the most expensive.- does not apply to some items due to weight factors. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:My domestic handling time is 3 days excluding large items which are 3-5 days. This means I will post the item within 3 working days. How long it takes to get to you depends on when you paid and/or how long the postal office/mail takes. Normally you can expect your item to arrive 2-5 days after your payment has cleared excludes airmail:2-3 weeks |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Each item clearly states shipping charges at the bottom of the page. If there is no insured or signed for option, or charges do not show your country, please contact me and I will quote you. I price items postage as reasonably as possible to save you money. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes. If your country is not shown please contact me for a quote. Larger fragile items can be shipped at greater cost. |
| Q:How can you sell items so cheaply ? |
|
| A:Most of my items are sourced from large suppliers and manufacturers around the UK and the World thereby reducing the price at your end. Retail packaging is not always included and this reduces the price also. |
| Q:Do you sell wholesale? |

| A:Yes. Please contact me if you require a large quantity of items at wholesale prices. |
