We dispatch Monday to Thursday, delivery times vary depending on where you are, and the service you have requested. Generally for UK Mainland delivery is 24 hours from dispatch.

Returns

Our returns policy is really quite simple... if you don't like it.. send it back. Every order is shipped with a returns slip detailing the procedure for returning an item. We don't fuss too much about time limits.. as long as its not more than a couple of weeks you've got no problem, just make sure the item isn't worn or damaged obviously.

Returning for an exchange:

Due to the competitive margins we work to, we do need you to include payment for shipping of your replacement. This will be £3.95. You can include cash, a cheque, or a reference for a paypal payment on the returns slip. Please note that we cannot confirm that we have stock of an item for exchange until the original item is back with us. If we are out of stock, we will try to find you a suitable alternative, if we cannot then we will offer you a full refund.

Returning for a refund:

Simply return the item to us, once we have received it we will fully refund you within 48 hours. We generally advise Royal Mail as the most convenient and cost effective way of returning items to us. Please note, your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
