All Youngs products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of the products purchased, Youngs will gladly replace the goods or make a refund as appropriate. Refunds will be made only within 7 days of purchase. Return postage and packing is not included and you may have a small charge to return your goods to us. However, Youngs will pay for postage if they send a replacement item to you.
