Payment Policy

1.  Payments can be made via PayPal, for all buyers.

2. UK payments can be made via paypal, cheque, postal order, debit/credit card, or cash (posted insured at your own risk.)

Delivery Policy

1.  The delivery of all Reborn Baby Dolls will be made by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery to the UK and by Parcel Force everywhere else.

2.  The cost for postage will be given in all auctions.

3.  Payments must be made before 2.00pm (british time) to receive your reborn the next day. Any items paid after this time will not be posted until the next day.

4. Any reborn dolls paid for at the weekends or bank holidays will not be posted until the following working Monday. 

5.  Bodies will be posted using Royal Mail First Class.  They will take around 3 - 5 days to receive as they are all hand made once ordered.

Refund/Return Policy

1.  All items can be returned to Yellow Cottage Nursery

2.  All items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition, to receive a full refund of the item.

3.  Postage/Shipping will not be refunded.

4.  All return shipping/Postage will be paid by the purchaser.

5. Your will have a 7 day cancellation period.

6.  You will have 14 days to return your item. These 14 days are from the date you signed for you parcel.
