UK BUYERS

• PAYPAL - This service is FREE. We do not charge our customers extra.
• BANK TRANSFER - If you would like to make a bank transfer please contact us for the relevant details.
• CHEQUES OR POSTAL ORDERS - Please include details of customer ID, item name & number, plus shipping fees. If paying by cheque, please make payable to PAUL CHARMBURY and allow up to 7 days for funds to clear.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

• All international buyers, please pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

Shipping
Our aim is to ship your order ASAP but please allow 2 - 3 days handling to allow for busy periods

Most items are sent via Royal Mail Business Post and a certificate of posting is always obtained. All shipping prices include the cost of packing materials, handling, and postage.

Insurance
If insurance is required, please contact us to confirm the cost of cover unless otherwise stated in the item listing.

Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, suitably packed in the original packaging and insured. Please contact us BEFORE RETURNING the goods for a RETURNS AUTHORISATION.

• If you order the wrong item or change your mind, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
• If a product is returned as faulty and no fault is found, the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping.
