Postage Information I dispatch to the address registered with PayPal within 3 working days, sooner if I can. I cannot be held responsible for delays or losses during postage - I always get Proof Of Postage and will assist with claims, but Royal Mail does not recognise an item as lost for 15 working days. For security, tracking, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend paying for Special Delivery. My free postage is by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcels. If you choose to pay for a quicker service, due to the differing weights of my items, it is not possible to accurately create an automatic combined postage discount. If you have paid too much postage I will refund the excess to your PayPal account before I dispatch your order.
Returns Information To cancel your order, use the eBay message system to contact me within 7 days, and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is wrapped securely, with all labels & packaging intact, and retain proof of postage. If you have just changed your mind I will issue a refund of the sale price (no p&p), but if the item is faulty or not as described I will issue a full refund, including your return postage costs up to First Class Recorded Delivery.
