How do we deliver your items?

Standard 3-5 day service - £5.95 (For Purchases up to £45)

For this service we will use the most economical method. Usually this will by by 1st class Royal Mail for small parcels and by either Parcel Force or Business Post for larger items. A signature may be required on delivery of your goods.

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY - This requires contact via the customer and XS-Stock Ltd before the items such as Large Garden Sets, Beds etc will be sent out. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of you placing the order (Mon-Fri) Please call us on 01294 204004 to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Next Working Day - £9.95

If you would like next working day delivery (Mon - Fri), your order must be received before 2pm. We will use Parcel Force 24 or Business Post 24 to deliver your goods. A signature will be required on delivery of your goods.

NB Saturday Delivery is available please contact us for prices.

Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern and Southern Ireland - £14.95

Deliveries to the above locations will be made using Business Post 48. This is a 2 day service and a signature will be required on delivery of your goods.

As soon as we dispatch your order, you should receive an email detailing this.

If you have chosen the standard delivery then please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. If you order has not arrived after 5 working days then please email us quoting your order number if you know it.

If you have chosen next working day delivery then please wait until after 5pm before reporting a non delivery. The carriers have up until 5pm to deliver.
