We want you to be satisfied that your purchase has met with our descriptions, however if the goods fail to meet our descriptions, we will accept returns of the goods providing the buyer contacts us within 5 days of receiving the items. You are responsible for any returned goods until it reaches us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Any items that require postal insurance claims due to breakages, must provide us with photographs of breakages, and all packaging it was sent in must be saved, otherwise we cannot offer a refund due to Parcelforce's insurance requirements
