| A:Returns are no problem. If you change your mind, just email me and return the item to me within 7 days. Items must be returned in same condition as they were sent in original, undamaged packaging for a refund. Buyer is responsible for the postage costs to return an item unless it is damaged, faulty or is not inline with the item description. |

| A:I ship every day Monday to Friday and pride myself on prompt shipment.
UK items are sent 1st class or by ParcelForce 48 as detailed in the item descrptions. Recorded and special delivery options are available - just email if you need further info.
Overseas items are sent Airmail or Airmail signed for. |
