Returns Policy
Wrong Item
- If you received a different product to the one that you ordered then you should return it to us via Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st class signed for mail for an exchange or refund. In the event it is merely the colour of the product that is different we do not accept its return as the product is fit for purpose and the difference is merely cosmetic unless we did not advertise in the listing it may be a differnet colour.
- If you received the correct product but it is not suitable then we will still accept its return however the buyer must pay for the return p&p and also the resending p&p costs of any replacement. In the event the buyer decides to have a refund or if we do not have the required product a refund will be issued less any fees & p&p costs that we the sellers incurred during the sale. The product must be unused and still in its original packaging (where applicable) as any product used (not in the same state it was received) will incur a 20% restocking fee as it will be re-classed as 2nd hand goods and loses its value.
Faulty Item
- If you receive a product that is/seems to be faulty you must eliminate the possibility that it is hardware, software or compatibility causing the problem as any returned item(s) claimed faulty will not be exchanged or refunded if found to work during testing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the product is faulty. We will never claim any item not faulty if it is because we can claim it back from our suppliers anyway so it would be pointless us claiming otherwise.
- If any product is tampered with e.g. buyer attempts a repair the warranty is immediately void. We do encourage the testing of possible faulty items on other devices if possible.
- If your product becomes faulty within the 1st 12 months and it was not caused by an accident or misuse we will replace it providing it is returned to us. We will replace it like for like with a new product that can perform the same task without limitation or refund the buyer depending on circumstances.
