Woolly Hat Shop sets the standard with a 30 day, no quibble returns policy. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days from Invoice date in its ORIGINAL UNUSED/UNINSTALLED CONDITION with proof of purchase.
We will promptly replace it, apply credit to a new order, or give you a refund minus our shipping fee which will be between £2.95 and £8.95 (UK Charges - International Charges Please e-mail us ) which will will advise you of.
Returns are simply NO phone calls NO returns numbers.
Simply return the item with the packing slip and a brief covering note explaining what the problem is. Return the item to our address as on the packing slip. We will take care of the rest.

Please return all warranty items with one of our returns forms, this enables us to speed up your claim through our system as get the problem sorted or fixed as quick as possible.
