All orders received by our despatch cut off point will be sent that day, all orders after this point will be sent the next working day - this excludes Weekends and Bank Hoildays.
UK Delivery service can be upgraded to a priority order which will have some form of track and trace facility and generally arrives the next working day.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post which normally arrive within 1-3 days but claims for lost parcels cannot be intiated for 15 working days, if you are in a hurry we suggest using our PRIORITY ORDER despatch for urgent items.
