Items are despatched within 2 working days of payment clearing, delivery then takes approximatly 1-2 working days from being despatched. As items are delivered by a courier company problems may sometimes arise that may cause delay in delivery.We cannot be heald responsable for any items delivered late. The 1-2 working days is an approximate time, there may be probelms with the courier which may cause a delay in delivery.
We are only able to deliver to the address provided on ebay and paypal, the cannot deliver an item to any other address, no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER ALLOW COLLECTIONS. We can offer local deiveries at a reduced rate, please email us for more information.
We cannot be heald responsable for items lost or damaged in transit, although we will work with you and do our best to sort the problem out and send replacements please understand that we are not at blame, the delivering party is to blame for any damage/loss in transit and we cannot be heald responsable for any problems leading from this.
