Can
I buy this item now, and pay after my holiday / when I get paid?

would prefer it if you didn't. All of the items are listed over and
over, and all items are available from our store as long term listings.
Therefore, you won't miss out. Leaving an item unpaid for a long time
means that you run the risk of receiving a none paying bidder warning.
Please just buy when you're ready to
pay.

We can

Can I collect my item to
save on postage?
Sorry, no..The address we have registered with Ebay is our home
address.
None of the items we have on sale are kept at this address, therefore
please do not turn up expecting to collect an item. We work on a
strictly mail order only basis.

much is postage?

Do you
offer combined
postage?
If

live outside the UK, can I buy your item?

however, you should note that if delivery times are shown in the

Why
have I not received my item?
If
you have not received our item within:
7 days (UK customers)
14 days (Europe Customers)
21 days (customers outside
Europe)
then please e-mail us and we will look into it. If an item is lost in
the post, it will be replaced with no charge to yourself.
Why
have you not left
feedback for me?
We use
Ebay's Selling
Manager Pro to manage our auctions. It is set to
automatically leave feedback as soon as it is left for us. Therefore,
if you would like feedback left quickly, just simply leave it for us
and ours will be there within a few minutes. If for any reason you do
not want feedback for your item, DON'T leave any for us, of you will
receive it automatically.

Why
have you not replied to my e-mail?
If
you have sent an e-mail and not received a
reply, sorry. We
do try to answer as quickly as possible, but sometimes, there are a lot
of messages to get through. Also, cccasionally, we have a day off.
Therefore, if you're e-mail was
sent within the last 48 hours, please bear with us and you will get a
reply soon.
However, if you e-mailed more than 48 hours ago, it may be worth
re-sending. It's possible that you're e-mail may not have reached us.
You could also check your junk folder, just in case your SPAM guard has
mistaken our reply as spam.
There
is a problem with my item
It
is
rare that we have problems with items. However, if you do receive a
faulty item, please contact us and we will replace it immediately.
