UK Delivery
First Class/Recorded /Standard/Special Delivery with insurance cover via Royal Mail. We strongly recommend Record/Special delivery for watches, jewellery and items of value.
95% of orders are shipped within 24hrs, the remainder within 48hrs. If for any reason it is likely to be longer we will contact you.
If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we will charge an additional supplement.
Any goods delivered not signed for is the sole responsibility of Royal Mail, please contact them with any issues. Here.

**FREE DELIVERY
This offer is only available in the UK, and all items will be sent Second Class post which can take 3 days. If you wish for a quicker delivery, First Class Recorded may be available on the item which has an additional charge. Damaged Items.
If an item is damaged on delivery you must make this clear on the signature paper you must sign. Quote something along the line of "damaged on arrival".In the unlikely event the delivery company have damaged the item, or lost the item, it is your responsibility to claim off them. We will however help you by providing the neccessary proof of postage, and all items are shipped with enough insurance to cover any claim. In the event an item is delivered with no external damage, but upon opening you have a damaged product, please contact use immediately. Contact Us
Postal Insurance Cover. We recommened usingt 1st Class Recorded Delivery for all watches to ensure full insurance cover, and speedy delivery.
Items over £50 are usually only offered with Special Delivery which automatically has insurance cover up to £500.
Incorrect Product.
Please notify us immediately Contact Us if you have been sent the wrong product. This is not intentional, but human error does occur. We will cover all return costs in this situation.
If you realise you have ordered the wrong product, or an item you do not want, you must pay for the return postage.This procedure can only be done during the first 7 days after you have received the item. You must return the item as it was received, otherwise you may be charged for any missing items.
Before returning any item, please contact us. Full refunds are given when we have received and checked the item.
Refunds & Returns
• Items must be returned within 7 days or receipt in original condition & packaging. If not we reserve the right to charge a fee up to the cost of the item.
• Items must only be returned after you have confirmed a return with us directly.
You are responsible for postage and insurance cover if you return an item as unwanted.
Goods must be received back at our office within 10 days from the day you received the goods. DO NOT just send goods back without us knowing, as you are liable for the product until we authorise a return.
All refunds are at the discretion of Win2Win Limited.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging, such as perfume, that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable due to Health & Safety. |
