POSTAL LOSS / DAMAGE
In the unlikely event the delivery company have damaged the item, or lost the item, it is your responsibility to claim off them. We will however help you by providing the necessary proof of postage, and all items are shipped with enough insurance to cover any claim. RETURN POLICY
You can return the item any time within 7 days. Please contact us for a Returns Number. Do not return without one.
In the event we deliver the incorrect item, we will refund your return postage. If you return an item as unwanted, it must be within the 7 day period, returned exactly as you received, and you are responsible for any postage costs to cover the items insurance. If the item is returned in a condition that it was not sent out in, we reserve the right to make a charge up to the value of the item.

All watches are covered by a full manufacturers International warranties. Information on repairs is explained in these warranties and differ between manufacturers. As do the periods of warranty, with some manufacturers giving cover over 1 year. If the manufacturer requires past proof of purchase which you do not have, we are happy to help.
