Warranty
All products sold across this sales channel are subject to a 12 month warranty. Products that develop any faults within this period are subject to a replacement or equivalent offering (Subject to stock availability). To qualify under the terms of the warranty, all faulty items must be received within 12 months of the original purchase date together with proof of purchase. Any item received after this period is void of warranty.
Please note that the 12 month warranty covers products for manufacturing defects and does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and general wear and tear. Consumables such as Ink cartridges, batteries & tapes etc, are not covered by the warranty.
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period then Willen Trading must be notified before any products can be returned.
