Delivery information

Willen Trading only deliver to registered mainland addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and to the Republic of Ireland. We presently do not deliver outside of the UK.

We take exceptional care to ensure that all of our products are securely packaged for transportation and delivered in perfect condition. We use the most appropriate and effective delivery methods depending on the size and weight of the product ordered and all parcels are tracked from the point that they leave the warehouse, to the customer’s door.

Special Delivery Note on Large Screen LCD & Plasma TV's: and above LCD and plasma TV's are delivered via our secure fragile pallet service. In order to deliver these very heavy and fragile items securely, we must use this service to provide the maximum level of safety and damage prevention during transportation. All customers purchasing items of this class must be available to receive their order upon delivery personally. We do ask that all of our customers leave a contact telephone number when ordering such products for the best possible delivery results.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver all products within 3 working days of the order being placed. Please note that all items purchased online after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).No orders are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday periods.

Please note that whilst every possible effort has been made to ensure that your order is delivered within the stated times, there are occasions such as busy trading periods when we may experience a delay in dispatching your order. Willen Trading relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated times, there can be occasions when couriers fail to perform the required service. Whilst this is rare, please note that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries outside of our control.

Who do we use?

For standard parcel delivery we use Parcel Force. Please note that all packages must be signed for upon delivery.

Delivery failure

For failed deliveries (e.g. no one at home), you will be notified by Parcel Force to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Parcel Force will only attempt to re-deliver your package once, after which your package MUST be collected from your local collection depot within 5 working days. Failure to do this will result in your purchase being returned to Willen Trading.

Tracking your parcel

All packages are tracked from dispatch to delivery. If you do not receive upon dispatch, an email containing your parcel tracking number, please contact our customer services team via the eBay contact us (Contact the seller) form. This tracking number allows you to track your parcel directly via the Parcel Force website by entering the number where prompted.
