Please read our return and exchange policy below before purchasing or placing a bid.  Also please ask all of your questions before you placing a bid. We can not be held responsible for buyer's "REMORSE"  ..  The Color of the wig is clearly indicated in ebay listing itself by industry standard color code so do not trust color you see on your montitor as each monitor has different color setting.  Please go by wig color code.. If you are not sure, please send us an email. 

There is NO misrepresentation of the wig as we only sell what we take picture of .. We do NOT use any stock photos.. All photos are taken at our studio using our photo equipment and our mannequin.   Please understand wig length and appearance may differ based on face size and shape of the wig wearer.  Again, make sure to ask all questions prior to bid...

NOTE: Returns without an authorization from WigElegance will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee for each eligible product. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow the exchange guidelines below:

Eligibility for an exchange

Eligible product(s): must be in perfect factory and in UNWORN original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tag(s) attached and in original packaging. You must not destroy or lose any of the packaging.

Items not eligible for exchange: Item tried on or worn, chemical address, altered, styled, bad odor, Discontinued, Wholesale Orders, Clearance, Costume Wigs, Accessories, Care Products and Special Orders.  If product(s) have been worn, damaged, altered, show bad odor, or tags/packaging tampered with, product will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.

- How to Request an Exchange

Customer must notify us of the problem and desire to do an exchange. Requests for exchange must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by WigElegance with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.

  • Email wigelegance@cox.net and explain briefly your reason for your request for an exchange.

  • Please allow 2 business days to receive an email response with your RMA number.

  • Return your item(s) within 24 hours from the time you received your RMA number as follows:

-  Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

-  Send package to: JS and Company, Inc. Exchange Department PO Box 501655 San Diego, CA 92150

-  The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

Invoice for charges required to complete exchanges (shipping charges, restocking fee, etc.), are made sent to customers once we receive, inspect and approve on your package. Store credit is issued for the remaining balance and can be used at any time. 

Store Credits

 Upon receipt of the wig we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of your wig less aa 20% re-stocking fee. For example: if your wig cost $100.00 then your credit after the 20% restocking fee would be $80.00. This credit can then be used toward the purchase price of a new wig. We will issue you a store credit via e-mail.

Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) in WigElegance. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds. To redeem store credit you must email us prior to your new wig purchase.

Feedback

To respect the privacy of our buyers, feedback will automatically be left, only to those who leave feedback for us. Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, please review our store policy.

Important Note!

Please Take your time, Ask questions and Choose Wisely when selecting your choice of wig and color.  Please be sure you have Read and Agree with all terms and conditions of Wigelegance before placing a bid. If do not agree with our Store Policy, Shipping and Handling fee, payment method, possible Color differences due to lighting, monitor resolution, equipments, Etc, please do not bid.

It is against the California State Health and Safety Code 106960 to accept returns of wig or hair pieces.  ONLY incorrect or damaged item will be replaced if the item is in unworn, factory sealed condition.
