  • Customer Service.  Please contact Nik and the team via ebay messages preferably or Tel: 01752 898192. Please Note we are a business. Our Office is open between 0900 and 1700 Mon-Fri Excl Bank Holidays. Limited Cover weekends but all communication is dealt with promptly on Monday. We can also be contacted via email but please be aware that emails sometimes get lost among the tons of SPAM we recieive. 

  • Payment. Via our secure checkout.  We take Paypal (Preferred), MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Amex, Cheques and Postal Orders. Overseas Customers. Please ensure all payments are in GBP (Sterling). US & Canadian Customers, although a rare occurrence you may be liable to customs duty on your purchase as the importer. We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder, if no payment is made after 10 days we will raise a dispute to recover our fees, which may lead to an unpaid item strike. We understand if there are genuine reasons for Non-Payment are prepared to be reasonably flexible. Cheques, Postal Orders.   • Combined Payments / Shipping Discounts. If bidding for more than 1 item or using Buy It Now for more than 1 item please wait until all items have finished auction before completing our checkout. All items will be merged together in our checkout to enable a single payment to be made with a 33% shipping discount applied to additional items in the same order (On least expensive shipping cost items in the order). A 7 day limit applies between the first and last items finishing in auction for consolidation, thereafter payment must be made immediately to comply with our 7 day payment policy (Above).

  • Returns / Refunds. Please contact us before returning an item, via ebay message or Phone 01752 898192 (Office hours). If there has been an error on our part or the item is defective, we will try to replace it, if not possible then we will refund in full. If you are wish to return your purchase up to 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, return will be at customers expense and we will refund the purchase price of the item only. These items must have been tried on over underclothes, be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Items are checked thoroughly on return. Obviously used items and items smelling of smoke, deodorant etc will NOT be refunded and any threats or coercion will be strongly resisted. (Again the actions of a few have caused us to take a firmer stance in our policies than we would otherwise wish). Friendly eBay Dispute Action may be required to recover our fees.

  • Shipping / Delivery. Normally dispatched same or next working day as payment clears. UK items Seller Standard is 2nd Class mail (3-4 working days).  Europe & USA / Canada is via airmail so please allow 7 to 10 working days. Please read listing and advice in emails carefully. Collection we can accommodate collection in person by prior arrangement only. Next Day Delivery. Order and payment must be completed by 1030 at the latest on the day prior to required delivery date (Saturday delivery NOT guaranteed by Royal mail). Due to volume of sales it is impossible to negotiate individually, so please do not haggle about postage after bidding. More Shipping...

  • Non Delivery in the rare event of an item being lost in the post, please note that unless you have paid for an expedited delivery option i.e Next Day (Recorded is NOT expedited) then in line with Royal Mail guidelines we do not consider an item lost for 15 Working days, therefore will be unable to refund or replace items until 15 working days from date of dispatch has elapsed.

  • Feedback. If you have a problem then we can resolve it...Please get in touch before leaving non-positive feedback. Our feedback system is automated to leave feedback at a certain time. Our listings are private so don't worry about someone seeing what you have bought! Due to high sales hence busy staff it is difficult to respond individually, but we do read and really appreciate the comments.

  • Privacy. We are very discreet! All of our listings are private and all of our items are packaged in plain packaging with no outward sign of the contents.

  • Sizing. Please check size of item is correct prior to bidding, rectifying a mistake is costly and time consuming and may not be possible. Size Charts. Please note the difference in sizing systems between UK Europe and USA. Bidding on one item and asking for another is against the ethos of eBay and we will act accordingly

  • Bid Cancellation. If you have made a mistake and bid incorrectly, please use the cancel bid option in the listing. Please message us to let us know, it is easier for you to cancel than for  us sort out later. Please remember retractions show on your record and are looked at by ebay. More Bid retraction Info.

  • Nice people. We are a hardworking small team of people with a genuine commitment to ebay and the ebay community. We endeavour to answer all queries and be as helpful as possible, if you have contacted us and not received a reply it will be due to an oversight or missing email so please try again. Nasty People.  There are a few within ebay who don't share the values of the majority, regrettably our policies have to be robust enough to ensure we can deal with these people effectively within the constraints of the ebay system. i.e. We will not give in to silly demands, threats and coercion just for an easy life.

More Detail On Our Policies...

  • Non Payment. In October 07 we had approx £1280 of sales reported as unpaid. As stated in eBay rules. 'Bidding is meant to be enjoyable, but remember that each bid you place enters you into a binding contract. If you win an auction or use "Buy It Now", you’re obliged to complete the transaction.' Canceling sales costs us time, money, lost sales to other genuine bidders, listing fees and Final valuation Fees. We can recover the fees if a 'Dispute' is raised which when closed gives an unpaid strike to the Non Paying Bidder. Exceptionally and dependent on circumstances we can take a view and mutually agree to close the dispute, we recover our fees and no Non Payment Strike is issued by eBay, we have had problems with this when the other party has not agreed and we have lost our fees as a result. Not taking action against Non paying Bidders is also unfair to the majority of people who pay in good time and is detrimental to eBay as a market place. If the Non payment involves multiple sales then multiple strikes will be given. Non Payment strikes can limit your buying activities and may possibly lead to suspension. Please Note, many other sellers will also give negative feedback as matter of policy, although we reserve the right to leave negative feedback, we ensure that it is only left for very difficult and problematic cases.

  • Shipping. To process orders quickly, we need to have a shipping system to cater for different sizes, weights, destinations, standard or expedited, single or multiple orders etc. We could not possibly do this order by order and get them despatched the same or next day as we state. Therefore we use a banding system and a percentage discount per item based on the full shipping cost being paid for the most expensive shipping item and then a 33% shipping discount on additional items thereafter. Shipping also includes the cost of postage, packing materials and the cost of the employee to pack the item, plus the tax we pay on the total cost.
