We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any item purchased subject to the following terms and conditions:
If you are unhappy with your item you have the right to cancel your purchase (UK and EU only) within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price, excluding postage costs, providing the item is returned complete (including packaging), unused and has all seals and tags intact. If you have used the item, disposed of original packaging, broken seals or removed any tags then you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Slimming Tubes and slimming pants are excluded from our refund exchange policy. This exclusion fully complys with The Distance Selling Regulations
If upon delivery the item is damaged or faulty you should contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know about the problem
Items MUST be returned with ALL their original packaging intact and not ripped, torn or incomplete.
Please enclose the Invoice slip included with your order (This can be found inside the "documents enclosed" address label on parcel.) We cannot process your returned item without the Invoice slip and it will be returned to you at your cost. You must give full details of the reason for return and do not simply write "As stated in email".
Postage and packing costs are NOT refundable. On orders with free postage, outgoing postage & packing costs will be deducted from refund.
YOU are responsible for its safe return to us and we STRONGLY recommend insurance or recorded delivery. It is is your responsibility to ensure reasonable care is taken of any goods received and You should therefore ensure that they are well packed as missing parts or damaged packages are your responsibility.
Your item must be returned postmarked within 7 days of receipt. We cannot give refunds after 7 days for any reason.
You must pay all return postage costs and they will not be refunded by us.
Please note: If the item is outwith the stated times, shows sign of wear, tags removed, not in original packaging, ripped torn or missing packaging, not in its original condtion, sealed items opened then a refund will be refused. We ask when trying on trying on knickers etc that you wear your own knickers underneath. Items tried on without protecting the gusset will be refused a refund.
All postage costs involved in our resending of items refused a refund are the sole responsibility of the buyer and items will not be resent until payment is forwarded for their return.
If return postage payment is not made within 3 months of refund being refused we reserve the right to dispose of the item without further notice. .
