We use Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery, standard parcels & parcel force 48 for UK deliverys and Royal Mail Air Mail for international delivery
Your packages will be posted discreetly with the name M. Heyes as the sender.
Royal Mail Postage average delivery times:
Ist Class- it usually takes between 1-5 working* days for Royalmail to deliver 1st class mail.
Royal Mail Standard parcels - It usually takes between 2-5 working* days for Royal mail to deliver.
Parcelforce 48hrs This take 2 working* days to deliver
Royal Mail Airmail- 7 - 14 working* days to arrive in America, 10 -14 working* days to Australia, and between 7-10 working* days to the rest of Europe.
Working* days are Monday to Friday, and does Not include a Saturday or Sunday, and does NOT include Bank or Public Holidays.
We try to despatch your item within 72 hours of online payment where possible Monday to Friday, however in busy periods such as the run up to Valentines day or Christmas, bank holidays this may not always be possible. Please check we can meet your deadline for urgent purchases BEFORE ordering and we will do our utmost to help.
Please allow 5 days for a cheque to clear. Goods purchased on Friday after 4pm are despatched on Monday as our local post office is closed Sat & Sun.
All our packaging is NEW. Occasionally, we might use a supermarket box if an item is big or a strange shape (!) but almost everything goes in a plain padded bubble mailer by first class post.
Loss in transit:
We ALWAYS obtain proof of posting for all parcels and we take FULL RESPONSIBILITY in getting orders to our customers. Avoid any seller that claims that they are NOT responsible for any goods lost in post as this is ILLEGAL under UK law.
However due to the minority who are dishonest* we no longer refund or replace lost parcels until Royal Mail have fully investigated and agreed compensation for the missing item. Claims cannot be submitted until 14 working days have passed.
We will always scan in proof of posting for any customer who would like to see it.
Damaged in transit:
Please keep all packaging and notify us immediatly of any damage caused in trasit to your item. We will refund or replace any item damaged in transit however we require our procedures to be followed before a refund/replacement is made.
