When will I receive my order?
We try to despatch your order within 24 hours where possible. We always email to let you know when your order is being despatched. If you require your order in a hurry please email us before purchase to ensure we can meet your deadline.
How can I pay for my order?
We can accept secure debit/credit card payments through Nochex and PayPal or postal payments by cheque or postal order made payable to "D. Heyes".
We are also happy to accept payments by direct bank transfer and will provide our account details on request.
For orders outside the UK we can accept PayPal, US $ checks or money orders.
I’ve bought a gift for a friend, can I hide my purchase?
If the item is not a “private auction” please email us BEFORE purchase, we may be able to add the private option to an auction if there are no current bids. Email us - we will always do what we can to help!
I’m buying for a gift; if it doesn’t fit can I exchange it?
Yes! Provided that you return it as per our terms and conditions we are happy to exchange unsuitable gifts. If we don’t have a size in stock we will do what we can to get it within a reasonable time frame.
Will you pass my details on to a third party?
No! We totally respect customer’s privacy and don’t sell on our customer’s details.
