All items are posted 2nd class within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise stated. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit, but if an item is not received we will endeavour to rectify this for you. We are happy to make alternative arrangements for delivery if required.
If an item is received but damaged during transit, please return the item within 7 days (or evidence of receipt/damage, ie photo), and we will endeavour to rectify this for you.
If an item is received in good condition and not to your liking, please return it within 7 days. If it is received in good condition we will replace or issue a refund, but will only refund the sale price of the item not the postage. |
