I try to keep my postage costs as low as possible, but have had to make a small increase due to a Royal Mail price increase on 1st April 2009. All items are weighed prior to listing but I have to take into account the cost of mailing bags,tissue paper, tape and the use of my car to go to the post office. You will find all items packaged very well! Although I do not offer postage insurance, all my items have proof of posting receipts.
Once I have posted items I cannot be held responsible for them, but the post office can trace any missing parcels with the aid of the proof of posting, which I would be happy to send on to anyone who may need it!
I will of course accept returns if any item proves to be unsuitable or in any way damaged before posting, but this must be within 7 days of receiving them. Should you wish to return an item, please make sure it is carefully packaged to avoid damage.
I always try to leave positive feedback & would ask you to do the same. In the event that something is not satisfactory, please let me know before leaving feedback and I will do my best to solve any problems you may have.
