Weekend Leisure are based in Ilkeston Derbyshire, we are a small business supplying quality leisure products.

We sell a wide range of leisure products including Camping packages, Scooter Packages, Trailer Packages, Camping Accessories and General Leisure products including tents, sleeping bags, air beds etc.

• All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
  
Our VAT number is GB 940 1558 38 and VAT invoices are provided.
• For your own peace of mind, and for Buyer Protection, we accept payment via Paypal.
We are also able to take credit and debit card payments over the phone, and also accept cheques and postal orders on request..
• Purchases must be paid for in full within 5 days of the auction ending.
• A payment confirmation will be sent once we have received cleared funds.
• Our delivery charges are per item and are clearly stated on all listings.
• Only eBay users registered in the UK are eligible to buy.
• All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping.
• We reserve the right to vary our prices and charges. The total you pay is the total listed price at the time of order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will only deliver to the confirmed address on your ebay / paypal account. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid for your order.

All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

We only charge what it costs us to ship your purchases to you, we make no profit out of postage and packaging charges.

General Terms:

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

• You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.
• Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
• A full refund of the order total will be processed.
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

• You must notify us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault.
• In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
• Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, a replacement or a cost of item refund after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
• If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
• All replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

• In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or substituted item, please accept our apologies and contact us to inform us of our mistake.
• Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item or offer a full refund.
• Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded.

• If the return is for faulty or damaged goods, please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded once the reported fault is confirmed.
• For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address and your eBay user name.
• Please detail your preference for a replacement or a refund and provide us with a daytime contact number should we need to contact you.
• Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all returns, and up to 21 working days for completion of any repairs.

The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.
