If you're not satisfied with your product then please e-mail us. Pop the item back in the post and when we have recieved it we will process a refund. Items returned without fault will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%. Items returned which are faulty or damaged follow the above but add a picture of the damage or fault in the e-mail and we will either process a refund or send out a replacement.
