Due to the amount of sales we have completed, we have learned a few things along the way that assist in making for a smooth transaction.
LISTING DESCRIPTION: As per eBay rules, the description and photo in an individual listing takes precedence over anything else. So please read the listing carefully before bidding. Only bid if you can meet the guidelines in that listing. If you have any questions, please email us before bidding. Once auction ends, we can't do anything about the results. Please also take caution when purchasing items from our eBay store, WWW.KKMART.COM. Only purchase the quantity of an item you wish to buy.
DOMESTIC BUYERS: PayPal is online method of payment accepted.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: PayPal is the online method of payment accepted. First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International are the shipping options. Shipping rates on insured packages are charged at the Priority Mail International rates by the Post Office which is usually much higher than First Class Mail International. Insured value will be on customs form and any customs fees incurred are buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for loss or damage to uninsured items. All claims are subject to approval by Carrier.
RETURN POLICY: See individual listing for return policy. This is not applicable if item is damaged in the mail.
FEEDBACK: We try our hardest to make for a smooth transaction. However, if you feel there is a problem of any kind, please notify us before you leave neutral or negative feedback so we can try to correct the problem. We have found that neutral and negative feedback is usually left before even contacting the seller to resolve the situation and in most cases, once feedback is left, it can't be retracted. We strive to maintain as high a positive feedback rating as possible and really appreciate all positive feedback. We are also striving to get 5.0 in each category of the detailed seller ratings. Since we do not see individual comments in this section, please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our future sales. Due to the high volume of sales and feedback to be given, we usually leave feedback within about 3 weeks after auction closes when we can leave feedback for all transactions that week.
