Please note we will be closed for the Christmas & New Year period from 12pm 23^rd December 2009 returning at 8am Tuesday 5^th January.  

Our last despatch date for UK deliveries is Monday 21^st December and Friday 18^th December for France, Germany and Ireland.  These dates should ensure delivery before Christmas but this is not guaranteed (some larger items may need to be sent on a pallet service but we will advise you of a delivery date).

If you have ordered an item from us and want to check the delivery date please call us on 01387 272407 (until 12pm 23^rd Dec, after this please email us and we will endeavour to respond to you upon our return on 5^th January 2010. 

Orders placed between 3.30pm Monday 21^st December and 8am 5^th January will not be despatched until 5^th January 2010 (delivery date will depend on your area).   If we are extremely busy during this period we may delay some despatches until 6^th January but we will communicate this to you ASAP.
