PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment must be taken within 4 days. Non payment will automatically start the unpaid item process within eBay.
• If purchasing from outside UK we will only accept PayPal payment.
• We do not accept separate payments per order, please purchase all items required from our eBay shop before making one single payment or wait to receive a combined invoice.

POSTAGE

• Most of our items are sent within 3 days of cleared payment. Despatch times for custom-made items can vary depending on our workload at the time. Delays are sometimes unavoidable, please wait 6 working days before contacting us. (12 working days for outside UK).
• Within UK, items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class (special delivery next-day for orders totaling over £150).
• Most of our items are sent by recorded postage, someone needs to be available to sign for recorded items (or items too large for your letterbox). If items are returned to us we must charge for postage costs before re-sending.
• Outside UK, items are sent by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed for.
• We always obtain proof of postage/delivery.

RETURNS

• Items must be returned in perfect condition for a FULL REFUND excluding postage costs.
• Buyer is responsible for postage costs. We recommend using traceable recorded postage as we cannot issue a refund until we have received the item.
• Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return.
