OUR TERMS

• Payment is taken immediately for each purchase and processed through PayPal only.
• For multiple purchases of an item please enter the amount needed in the 'Quantity' box before clicking the 'Buy It Now' button. This ensures that you will pay Postage & Packaging costs only once per order.
• For personalised items, we can print only ONE NAME per item.
• If you would like more than one of the same design personalised with different names please do not make seperate purchases, for example if you would like two of the same item with two different names just type a quantity of 2 in the box, click 'Buy It Now' and send us a message with your payment to let us know the two names required.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

• P&P is charged only once per order regardless of quantity. When purchasing different items/designs at the same time, please notify us by email or eBay message to request a refund on the extra p&p charged.
• Most of our items are sent within 3 days of cleared payment. Despatch times for custom-made items can vary depending on our workload at the time.
• Delays are sometimes unavoidable, please wait 6 working days before contacting us. (12 working days for outside UK).
• Most of our items are sent by recorded post, someone needs to be available to sign for recorded items (or items too large for your letterbox).
• If items are returned to us we must charge for extra postage costs before re-sending.
• We always obtain proof of postage/delivery.

RETURNS

• Items must be returned in perfect condition for a FULL REFUND excluding postage costs.
• Buyer is responsible for postage costs. We recommend using traceable recorded postage as we cannot issue a refund until we have received the item.
• Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return.
