Delivery & Shipping Information

Currently we are only able to deliver goods within mainland UK. However if you live in Ireland,Offshore Islands & Scottish Highlands please e-mail before purchasing to request a postage charge to send the item to you, as our postal charges are based on mainland Uk only.

Multiple Item purchases

You will be charged the full postage price for the item with the highest postage cost, additional items purchased will automatically receive a 35% postage discount at checkout.

General Shipping Information

All orders will be dispatched the same or following working day of cleared payment. In the unlikely event of any items being out of stock we will inform you directly via e-mail and offer either a new delivery date based on stock availability or an alternative item.

Returning Goods

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us quoting the item description and the reason for the return. Please e-mail us at info@woodandtots.co.uk and we will contact you regarding details of how to return the item. We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your goods. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We would suggest that you obtain a proof of posting receipt from you post office as we cannot be held accountable for parcels lost on their return to us. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items and we cannot refund postage as these are a direct cost.
