Please contact us to advise that you wish to do so; re-package the item(s) securely and return it to us at the address given. Unwanted items must be returned unopened and in original re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for the return postage and safety of the item(s) in transit. Full refund of the original cost will be issued on our receipt of the item in re-saleable condition. If you have received damaged, faulty or incorrect item(s) then please contact us straight away to allow us to remedy the situation.
RETURNS; YOU MAY RETURN ANY ITEM IF YOU FEEL IT WAS NOT WHAT YOU WANTED, THESE ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION UNUSED WITH ALL THE APPROPRIATE TAGS AND LABELS STILL ATTACHED. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE ITEM PURCHASED NOT THE POSTAGE COSTS. IF FREE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING WAS WITH THE ITEM THEN 15% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PURCHASE PRICE UPON REFUND UNLESS THE ITEM WAS FAULTY, THIS IS DUE TO OUR TIME AND PACKING COSTS.
