Payment
· We accept Pay Pal
· Personal Chq: Please make Chq payable to W.T Distribution Services Ltd
· Payment should be within 5 days of the auction ending
Postage and Insurance
· The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs - please refer to item listing for details.
· Goods will only be despatched upon payment of cleared funds.
· A proof of posting will be obtained at the time of despatch.
· We aim to get your purchase to you within 5 working days (not including weekends) of receiving your cleared payment using the services of DHL.
· In the event of loss or damage, we will provide compensation up to the selling value of the item.
· We use a number of carriers the price is £4.50 for all items
· Postage prices quoted apply to mainland U.K. only,
unless specified otherwise.
· Highlands, Scottish isles and Northern Ireland are £8.00
· Export prices are as follows
From 0-10kg will be £12 (5 day service)

· Note: I leave feedback on the day the parcel is dispatched. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of this point E Mail me at retail.sales@wtdsl.com so I can trace the parcel with DHL. Failure to do so will result in long delays to your order being delivered.

Product Information and Returns
· All products are authentic, and are supplied brand new.
· Prices include VAT at the rate of 17.5% unless otherwise stated.
· Returns for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of the despatch date and the item must be in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact.
· Return postage charges will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
· Note: You will be refunded the amount paid less postage and other cost’s including E Bay listing fees and Pay Pal charges if applicable.
· Refunds will be given through Pay Pal when possible if any other cost’s are incurred they will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
· To arrange a return/refund, you must first obtain written authorisation by sending an email to: retail.sales@wtdsl.com stating the date of purchase, your eBay item number, buyer User ID and the reason you wish to return the item.
