PAYMENT AND POSTAGE: PLEASE PAY WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE - We accept the following payment methods: paypal, we will also accept postal orders and personal cheques, we do not accept card payments over the phone. DISPATCH: Goods are only dispatched when your payment has cleared. All our goods are dispatched in strong packaging made by us to fit each individual order and are sent using Royal mail 1st class recorded post - items over 2KG (or over £39.00 in value) are usually dispatched by Royal Mail Parcel Force, As per Royal Mail's policy please allow up to 15 days for delivery - If your item has not arrived after 15 days (it is then deemed lost by Royal Mail) we can then resend a replacement item to you (or offer a FULL refund). All our items are manufactured to order, items requiring a graphic design are usually dispatched within 5 working days of final artwork approval. All other items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. RETURNS: Due to the nature of our items (manufactured to order) we can accept returns (14 days) for damaged in transit items, items not meeting your requirements, we are not able to refund for designed to order items (due to artwork mistakes) once artwork has been approved. We will offer a full money back refund minus any postage you have paid to return an item. PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS - ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKING.
