Q I paid for my item via Paypal before noon on Wednesday when will my item arrive.  A If in the UK usually within one working day so on the Thursday or Friday.  If out of the UK, delivery times vary according to the countries local postal services performance.  However we will ship First class Airmail within 1 working day of payment clearance.  The rest is down to the postal service in your area.

Q Are your postal prices fair.  A We think so.  Please remember you pay for packing time and materials as well as postage on a parcel.  For example we charge 80p to ship a set of guitar strings to you.  32p goes on the postage, 35p goes on the packing materials and 13p goes on the time it takes us to pack it. 

Q Do you charge VAT or any extra or hidden costs other than the price listed.  A NO.  The price you see is what you pay.  The Only payment necessary is the listing buy it now price as shown and the Pack and post charge shown on the listing page.  The Pack and post is clearly highlighted for UK, Europe and World on the listing page and again in the Ebay details at the bottom of the page.  

We do not charge anything extra if you are paying by Paypal either.  We take the brunt of the Paypal fees ourselves as we believe it should be done that way.  Paypal payment is still preferred even though it costs us the seller more to receive Paypal Payments.
