Hi there, This
page is about the pretty packaging I love to spoil my customers with, and also
how often I post parcels.
Custom packaging Every item you buy is wrapped to a very high standard- either in acid-free tissue, or on velvet-backed foam and always in professional,
custom printed pillow-packs or boxes . I also add personal touches like ribbons tied in a bow. Your item is sent in a padded envelope to protect it.
How long to get to the
UK? I use one of the main post offices in San Sebastian centre, and at the time of writing (April 2008) the
average time taken to reach the UK is an impressive 3 days.
Handling time My
aim is to dispatch the parcels before the first pick-up of the day (10.30 UK
time) and I do this Monday to Friday. Depending on time available I sometime
make an extra trip to the post office on a Friday afternoon (as there is a
collection on Saturday morning)
Confirmation Once
an item has been dispatched, when I get back to my studio I always send you a note to
confirm that your item is on its way to you.
Invoices/Receipts I
don't send any printouts from eBay or PayPal in the
envelopes.
Business
cards I always include one, with the name of the range and some other
information like e.g. the exact name of the shades of crystal used, in case you
ever wanted extras to match. |
