When your item is dispatched, you will receive an email to tell you it is on its way to you.
We reserve the right to add delivery charges if your order is over our weight limit.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery and APC Next Day courier service for our heavier and more valuable items.
We combine delivery charges on all items, to save you as much money as possible.
Our delivery charges reflect our costs, so you don’t pay any extra.
Once payment has been received, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Next day items can only be delivered the following if the order and payment is received by 2pm. Deliveries cannot be made on Saturdays, so if you place a Next Day item on Friday you will receive it on Monday.
Delivery charges quoted are for UK Mainland only. Additional charges may be incurred for deliveries outside UK Mainland, including Scottish Highlands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. For delivery charges outside UK Mainland please email us for a quote.
We have our own warehouse, this means that stock is readily available for delivery. However, if an item is unavailable for any reason we will contact you straight away.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the buyer is not based in the UK.
