7 Day Change of Mind Guarantee:

If, within 7 days following the day of receipt, you do not wish to keep the item (including where you have bought the item in error) you may, provided the item is STILL UNOPENED (with any seals and shrink wrap still intact) AND IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION, return the item to us (at YOUR expense) for a full refund including the original postage fee. If you wish to do so please email us at: sales@videoanddvdonline.co.uk notifying us of your intention to return the item and send the complete item to our returns address given below.

Please note we CANNOT issue refunds or an exchange, under the 7 Day Change of Mind Guarantee, for items that have been OPENED and/or USED or outside the 7 days after the day of receipt.

Faulty Goods:

Faulty items or items sent in error, by us, will be refunded in full (including the original shiiping fee) where a replacement cannot be supplied. All faulty items or items sent in error must be reported to us (via email to sales@videoanddvdonline.co.uk) within 7 days following the day of receipt. Once notified please return the complete item, together with a full description of the fault to our returns address given below.

We cannot accept claims for replacements or refunds, for FAULTY items or items sent by us in error, outside the 7 day email notification period.
