Please note we must receive the full GBP amount of the transaction - all bank transfer charges must be paid by the Buyer. Failure to do so will mean we will return the payment and cancel the sale. A: Video and DVD Online Returns Policy:

Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. Yes we do.
For shipping to UK we offer FREE SHIPPING on most of our items and for other UK items there are postage discounts.
For overseas we offer postage discounts on 2 or more items purchased and shipped at the same time. See the listing description for more details.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. We usually ship items the next working day after payment.
For UK 1st Class is 1 to 2 working days, 2nd Class is 1 to 4 working days.
For Europe it usually takes 3 to 7 working days and the Rest Of The World it takes between 5 and 12 working days.
Q. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A. DVDs, CDs, PC/Video Games and Books: For the 1st Item ordered: For UK typically FREE, for Europe it's £2.75 and The Rest Of The World it's £3.25.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes - the only restrictions are we don't post to India, Pakistan, Africa and some other Asian countries. This is due to unreliability of the overseas postal services.
Q. Why isn't the item sealed?
A. Not all manufacturers of DVDs and CDs seal their products as they are made. For example all ITV Granada items are made unsealed, as are many of the smaller manufacturers. In addition large retailers have sale or return arrangements with the wholesalers (so the stock is returned opened)and sometimes we receive this stock from the wholesalers.
Q. Why are some of the DVDs produced on DVDR's?
A. Due to cost some of the smaller manufacturers and copyright owners produce their DVDs locally (at their premises) onto DVDR discs. As the copyright owners they are legally entitled to do so and that's how we receive them. We DO NOT copy or produce these ourselves as that is against the law. We also strongly wish to see our small suppliers succeed.
Q. What Region are Your DVDs?
A. All our DVDs are either Region 2 (UK, Europe, Japan, South Africa, Middle East, Egypt, Greenland), Region 2 (as mentioned above) and 4 (Australia/New Zealand) or Region 0 (the DVD has no regional coding). All our DVDs are of the PAL TV format (unless stated otherwise).
Q. Can I play your DVDs in North America?
A. Normally the answer would be NO, as nearly all our DVDs are not Region 1's nor are they of the NTSC TV format. To play our DVDs in North America you will need a world-wide or multi-region capable DVD player that can play DVDs from ALL Regions (1 to 6 and 0) and all TV Formats (PAL and NTSC). Check your DVD player manual.
