| A:We are happy to accept returns if your item is not suitable. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please email us first for a returns number and details of returns address etc. Item must be unused and in original packaging. We recommend that when returning items you send them via a recorded delivery service with proof of postage. |

| A:All our postage costs are what we pay for shipping and packing. We do not make any money on postage and try to keep our prices as accurate and keen as possible. We do not believe in overcharging postage as some ebay sellers do. |
