I make a determined effort to be absolutely fair on postage and packing and for that reason calculate every parcel individually when the sale/auction has closed and the destination is known - NO POSTAL RIP-OFFS GUARANTEED! I always obtain Proof of Posting. If a postal problem arises - i.e. non-delivery or damage - I will follow it up with the postal services but refunds would depend on the outcome of this. If foreign buyers prefer UK postage stamps to a franked label I'm always happy to oblige!
