First Class Royal Mail, arrive 1-3 days after dispatch, occasionally items may be delayed due to post services, We can not be held responsible for such events which are out of our control, all our items are sent with proof of postage.
If you need this item guaranteed next day please add at the checkout an additional 3.4GBP (please inform us in advance to avoid disappointment) or request revised invoice from us. Special Delivery next day by Saturday costs 5.2GBP
Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped the same day, all orders placed after - will go the next working day. We always send despatch notification to your e-mail registred with eBay. Please make sure our message is not in your SPAM/Delete folder.
Postage costs includes postage, package and handling
The more items you buy - the more you will save on postage - with every additional item eBay automatially deduct 50% from postal charge. If you've paid separately for items - they will be posted without any discount.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If the item is returned to sender you will be charged again for re-delivery.

Valentina's boutique ship to Europe and delivery will take 3-8 working days. If your country is not on our list, please contact us before bidding. Sorry no Personal Cheques, bank transfers on international orders, just paypal
Gift Wrapping
We also offer gift wrapping. If you purchase a gift for someone special it can be gift wrapped. Just add an additional £2 at the checkout and don't forget to advise what occasion it is.

Lost Parcel
Royal Mail classify the parcel as lost after 15 working days within UK, and 30 days overseas. Please contact us if you haven't received your parcel after this time (being the time from our despatch notification) but not later than 45 days. We preffer comunication through eBay messages.
About Returns
We sell only new items that we receive from manufacturers and that nobody has used before. We check every item before despatch to avoid sending faulty items. Please ask all your questions before bidding and we will answer you as soon as possible.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after received the parcel for returns authorisation and wait for confirmation e-mail.
The item should be return back to us within 7 days after receipt in its original undamaged packaging with labels intact and unsoiled for a refund. It must be free from the smell of smoke, perfume, or any other odour. It should be as it was when delivered to you. We don't accept returns on knickers, teddies, hoseiry or knikers for hygiene reasons.
As long as these conditions are met, we will happily refund purchase price for the returned items.
For items returned postage will be the responsibility of the customer and please include a note with order number/ebay id inside with returns.
If the return conditions are not met then the goods will be returned to you & no refund will be given.
We never leave feedback first, because of the nature our items, if you don't want anyone to see your purchase - don't leave feedback, we use an automatic feedback system - the feedback will be left only after receiving yours first.
