| A:If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after received the parcel for returns authorisation and wait for confirmation e-mail. Please find more information in our Terms and Conditions |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we do. The more items you buy - the more you save on postage - with every additional item eBay automatially deduct 50% from postal charge. If you've paid separately for items - they will be posted without any discount.

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Orders placed before 12 will be shipped the same day (Monday-Friday). Normally it takes 1-3 days, but we cannot gauranteed delivery time, unfortunately it is out of our control. Need the parcel gauranteed next day-please pay additional £3.4 for Special Delivery Next Day, £5.2 for Saturday delivery (please inform us in advance to avoid disapointing) |
| Q:I don't have Paypal account, but I need the item fast? |

| A:1.You can pay by internet/telephone banking- bank transfer, it takes 3-4 days to receive the payment and is free for you.
2.Postal Order-as soon as we've received it we will despatch your order
3.If you will pay cash at your nearest HSBC branch-we will receive you payment the same day. |

| A:Yes, we post Worldwide. Sorry no Personal Cheques on international orders, just paypal |

| A:Our items our packed discreetly with no outward sign of the contents. We do not attach invoice to the outside. |
| Q:Non- Payment |
|
| A:We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder, if no payment is made after 14 days we will cancel the sale and raise a dispute to recover our fees and you will get an unpaid item strike. We understand if there are genuine reasons for Non-Payment are are prepared to be reasonably flexible. |
| Q:I didn't receive the parcel, did you sent it? |

| A:We sent despatch notification by email after sending the parcel. Normally delivery takes 1-2 days, but sometimes Royal Mail delay delivery, 1st class is not gauranteed service within 2 days, it is out of our control, sorry.
Royal Mail classified the parcel as lost after 15 working days within UK, and 28 day overseas. |
| Q:I'm between sizes which size shall I purchase? |

| A:The manufacturer advises if you are between sizes - to purchase the bigger size. |
| Q:Can I collect my item? |
|
| A:Unfortunately we offer only on-line orders, collection is not available |
| Q:When I'll receive my refund? |
|
| A:Before we need to cancel the transaction with eBay, as soon as you confirm you agree to cancel the transaction and we will get your item back - we refund you. If you paid from your paypal balance- the money will be with you the same day, if you paid by your card through paypal - it will take 3-5 working days to receive it |
