What
to do when the auction ends.

Just follow the
'Pay Now' link or 'PayPal' link. Paying by PayPal is our
preferred payment method, payment is instant and secure. Using
PayPal will automatically link the item you have purchased in eBay
and the PayPal transaction. PayPal also offer a wide range of
anti-fraud measures to keep both parties safe. Please note
we cannot accept PayPal if you intend to collect your item in
person.

If you decide to
pay using a different method, you will receive an email from eBay
outlining the methods we accept.

Please read the
auction carefully, we ship from 2 locations in the UK and each may
have slightly different handling times - this will be stated in the
listing.

If you have not
received any notification from us within 24 hours of purchasing or
paying for an item please contact us, it is best to use the eBay
messaging system or telephone 0845 617 0991.
Your
responsibility.

By bidding or
clicking buy it now you enter in a binding contract to purchase the
item(s).

We request payment
within 3 days of the purchase date or end of auction. We can
accommodate longer timescales, we request however you inform us if
there will be any delay. If we do not receive any contact
within 7 days, the eBay Unpaid Item Process is commenced
automatically.
Changed your mind ?
We understand items can be
bought in error or simply you can change your mind. Please be
aware we are charged a fee by eBay for every item a person commits to
buy even if they eventually change their mind or have purchased in
error. We reclaim this fee but we have to communicate with the
buyer within 7 days to cancel the transaction, if we do not receive
communication from the buyer a non paying bidder strike is left
automatically. So please if you change your mind or bought in
error please let us know.

Feedback & Problems
Like most eBay traders we take
our feedback very seriously, and we
work hard to ensure we do not give
any of our customers the slightest inclination to leave negative
feedback. We are however human and although we have systems in
place to detect problems, unfortunately from time to time we mess up.
So before making a decision regarding feedback
please give us the opportunity to fix it,
talk to us we will do whatever we can to accommodate any genuine
request.
Please just stop for a minute and ask yourself is there a
logical explanation for the problem, we
are not out to rip people off, its never our intention to mess people
around and to prove this look at the 25,000
happy customers we have had over the last 2 years who have
left positive feedback. |
