Dispatch Queries
All of our items shipped to
mainland UK are sent using a next day service. Large items or
expensive items using an insured courier, smaller inexpensive items
using Royal Mail. We automatically send an email to you when we
ship your item, you should then receive your item the next working day.
If you feel your item has been lost in the post please contact us via

Damage in
Transit
Please examine your purchases
immediately you receive them, if we need to make a claim on your behalf
for a damaged item we must do this within 48hrs of the item being
delivered. Please also do not sign for goods as 'unchecked',
report any suspected physical damage to the driver and ask him to make a
note of it - this helps us to expedite any claim. Please report
any damaged items to

Compliance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations
NB: This only applies
to UK customers.
All of our eBay 'buy it now' transactions are covered by this
legislation. Any UK customer has the right to terminate a sale
within 7 days of delivery - no explanation is required. Customers
must inform us of this intention either by letter or email.
Customers will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price
including delivery charges. It is however the responsibility of
the customer to arrange for the goods to be returned to us and it is the
customer who must meet any associated expense.

Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) period.
If an item fails within 28 days
of delivery, pconestopshop will arrange for collection of the item then
at our discretion offer either a refund, replacement or an alternative
of the same or better specification. pconestopshop will also
arrange at our expense for the item to be returned. Subject to the
following conditions:

If an item is found
not to be faulty and is in perfect working condition the cost of the
collection and return must be met by the customer. Under no
circumstances will an item be returned until the carriage has been
paid for.

If an item is not
returned in the original packaging and subsequently is damaged in
transit we will not be able to honour any warranty.

Items must be
returned using a traceable service, with a signature for delivery
obtained.

Items must have a
valid RMA in order for them to be returned.
Items within warranty period but more than 28 days
All items are sold with a Return to Base (RTB)
warranty, should an item fail outside of the DOA period but
within the warranty period it is the responsibility
of the customer to arrange for the items return to us. If a
returned item is found to be faulty we will at our discretion offer a
refund, repair, replacement or an alternative of the same or better
specification. Certain items, e.g. printers, monitors, cameras etc are
covered by a manufacturers warranty and should be returned directly
using the RMA procedure provided by the manufacturer - contact
support@valatech.co.uk
for assistance in these cases. All warranty claims are
subject to the following conditions.
